These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of UniQNet Configura software ("Software") provided by UniQ MatriX ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UniQNet Configura software for the duration specified in your purchased plan:

• Individual Plan: 12-month renewable license for one (1) computer
• Team Plan: 12-month renewable license for up to five (5) computers
• Flexy Plan: Custom duration as agreed, unlimited computers

License keys are issued immediately after successful payment verification and are valid from the date of activation.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Software only for lawful purposes
• Not share, distribute, or resell your license key
• Install the Software only on the authorized number of computers
• Maintain the confidentiality of your license key
• Run the Software with Administrator privileges as required
• Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for illegal network activities
• Bypass or circumvent licensing mechanisms
• Use the Software to harm networks or systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, or NetBanking. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

• Payment must be completed before license activation
• License keys are issued immediately after payment confirmation
• All sales are final unless eligible for refund as per our Refund Policy
• Renewal payments are required before license expiration

5. Evaluation Period & Support

UniQNet Configura software product includes a 7-day evaluation period. All customers are encouraged to fully evaluate this software prior to purchasing a software license.

6. Refund Terms

Refunds are available only if requested within 7 (seven) days of purchase and before license key activation. Once a license key is activated, no refunds will be provided. Customers must provide specific refund reasons, and each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For complete refund terms, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Software Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates are included during your active license period. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.

8. Support Services

Technical support is provided via email at support@uniqmatrix.com and through our contact form. Support level varies by license type and is available during your active license period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software
• We are not responsible for data loss or system damage
• Users are responsible for backing up their configurations

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon expiration or if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and may delete it from your systems.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. These Terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
